Malibu store very odd- rude and deneaning

Alan and Dave have had my glasses since July. They have lost my paperwork and have treated me like dirt the three times in 4 months I went to the store to pick up my glasses.

Everyone makes mistakes. Even for 4 months however another employee and my husband witnessed Alan and Dave getting angry at ME! I have spent thousands, they are holding my glasses captive there and Alan claims he's going to the lab in Italy to give them back to me tomorrow! I am scared of him yet he calls and I have asked that he not.

I will have a police escort stand by. Social media is filled with complaints including rip off report. Please help me!
